Roys Hillman Imp years

The Hillman Imp, my first car, I had my UK drivers licence at the age of 17, the next thing was to buy a Mk1 Imp. I now realise that with my fifty (50) years of Imp experience, I may have some past tips on the Imp to pass on? Since then there have been many other cars and things with motors in them that have come my way, this blog is about some of them. New seat covers for the 1967 Hillman Californian

Things are moving fast on the interior side.

The seats are almost ready but the car is not quite ready for them yet.

We have kept to the same panel layout that was original, plus used vinyl rather than leather.

With new carpets and headliner installed the car will look as good as it ever did when it came from the factory in February 3rd 1967.
