Springbok original series circa 1968

Seen here is the Lola T70 of Mike D Udy, racing at the East London's Roy Hesketh circuit.


Its almost green there when compared to the Cape Town circuit at Killarney.



A puncture was responsible for this damage.

My thanks to Eric Wells who took the pictures and was kind enough to allow them to be published for the first time on my blog. The pictures are now some forty four (44) years old!
